CANCELLATION POLICY
**Cancellation Policy** Appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled time. Cancellations made after this window will result in being charged 100% of the remaining service cost. No show appointments will also result in your card being charged 100% of the remaining appointment balance. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel within the 48-hour timeframe, you may reschedule your appointment within one week of the original date to keep your deposit. Failure to reschedule within that timeframe will forfeit your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
